He and his wife Martha, after raising two children in their vacation home on Lake Gaston, now enjoy traveling abroad and playing golf.

Kelly Singh

Kelly Singh is licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia. She and her husband Paul have two sons, one in middle school and one off at college.

Kelly is a high energy person, the President of our Board of Realtors, and very active in her local church. Recently, she and her husband have been investing in undeveloped Lake lots and rental homes in nearby Roanoke Rapids. Maybe their sale will put their youngest son through college.

In addition to Lake Gaston homes and lots, Kelly is very knowledgeable about homes in Roanoke Rapids, the site of the future entertainment complex, Carolina Crossroads.

Art Pedersen

Art Pedersen is licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia. Art and his wife Ceal discovered Lake Gaston in 1996 after an extensive search of the mid-south. They have 3 adult children and now live on Lake Gaston full-time. Art is an avid sailor and an accomplished wood worker.

Having retired from the practice of general dentistry, Art is particularly skilled in helping retirees find that perfect Lake Gaston property.

Rachel Hedspeth

While being cross trained with Connie, Rachel is in charge of our bookkeeping and is our "institutional" memory having been with Lake Country Realty for more than 20 years.  She lives within a half mile of the office, so we take shameless advantage of her by asking her to return to work after hours and finish the task we forgot.

Connie Morris

While being cross-trained with Rachel, Connie looks after our lakefront rental homes, making it a profitable niche rather than a headache.  She is a consumate cook and gardener and is our go to person in these areas.  The mother of two young adult children, she keeps us all feeling young by updating us on their activies.
