Lake Gaston Rental Information
All our weekly rental homes are directly on Lake Gaston and require a deposit of $200.00 to reserve. This is held as a security deposit when you check-in and pay the rent. |

All our homes have a dock for swimming, fishing, and tying up your boat. The boatlift and the inside of the boathouse are not included in the rental. |

All are air conditioned, have a telephone, cable/satellite television, and a DVD player. |

They come with pillows and bedspreads, but guests bring their own sheets and towels. |

| |
|
All our homes are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed, of course, outside the home. |

|
Check-in is Saturday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. |
|

|
Check-out is no later than 11:00 am the following Saturday. |
|
| |
| |
|
No visitors are allowed. |

If you have to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to check-in, a full refund is made of your $200.00 deposit. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to check-in, only $100.00 is refunded.
As we do not use an outside cleaning service, guests are asked to leave the home as clean as they found it. You will need to bring your own garbage bags, paper products and cleaning supplies.
All our homes have vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, pots, pans, and dishes.
Sorry, no pets.
